NEW YORK, July 24--Minerals Technologies Inc. (NYSE: MTX) today declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.025 (two and one-half cents) a share on the company's common stock. The dividend is payable on September 18, 2003 to stockholders of record on September 5, 2003.
