NEW YORK, August 20--Minerals Technologies Inc. (NYSE: MTX) on August 16 declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.025 (two and one-half cents) a share on the company's common stock. The dividend is payable on September 18, 2001 to stockholders of record on September 6, 2001.
Minerals Technologies Inc. is a global resource- and technology-based organization that develops and produces performance-enhancing minerals, mineral-based and synthetic mineral products for the paper, steel, polymer and other manufacturing industries. The company reported sales of $670.9 million in 2000.
